CHECK-IN: Self check-in is available for your convenience. HOME SAFETY: A single exterior security camera is installed at the front door. The camera monitors the entryway only and does not record any private or interior spaces of the loft. A fire extinguisher and first aid kit is located under the kitchen sink. The loft is also equipped with carbon monoxide and smoke alarms. PARTIES: We love hosting guests who treat our space with care and respect. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not allowed—both for the comfort of our neighbors and in keeping with building rules. Please also note: ✨ No glitter or confetti allowed in the space. They may seem festive, but they’re incredibly difficult to clean and can damage surfaces. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the loft or in the building. Violations may result in additional cleaning fees or cancellation of your stay. Thanks for understanding and helping us keep the space great for all guests!
